I have been there
I did not read this in a book. I lived it.
At nineteen I moved to Germany. No plan, no savings, no contacts. My husband and I slept on a single mattress, without a blanket. When I became a mother I lost my job and fell into debt — and I understood I could no longer wait for someone to give me a chance. I had to create it myself.
I started from my own bedroom, with my first clients and an enormous will to succeed. Step by step I built a successful business in the beauty industry, and then, through teaching, I realised something important: the women's problem was not the craft. They knew their work. They did not know how to turn it into a sustainable business.
That is why I do what I do today. More than 250 women have gone through my programs — they opened salons, filled their calendars, raised their prices, and some returned home to the Balkans thanks to their work. I do not mentor from theory. I mentor from experience.

You fill in the application form. I get back to you personally — no bot and no automated selling.
Consultation call
On Zoom we go through your situation, goals and expectations together. Only if we both judge the timing to be right do I offer you a place in the program.
A year of work
12 months of mentoring, systems and support — with me, a team of experts and a community of women on the same path.

Your language, your culture, German regulations
I am the only one who brings all three together. A German coach does not speak your language, a mentor back home does not know the Finanzamt or a Steuerberater, and an online guru offers quick formulas for everyone and no one.
German bureaucracy is part of the program, not your problem
Alongside me you have experts in finance and tax systems. The fear of paperwork is handled by real people, not by the advice “figure it out”.

A psychologist takes part in the program — because the way you make decisions, set boundaries and carry responsibility directly affects your business.
