When I say beginner, I do not mean only women starting from zero. You are a beginner also when you are at a new stage of life and growth. That is exactly why this program exists.

What the year looks like
A process, not a course you watch
This is not a program that lasts a few weeks and ends when you finish watching the content. It is 12 months in which you gradually introduce changes, apply them and get support at every step.

With every enrolment, we set aside €50 for children without parental care.
New cycles start twice a year — in February and September.
