Cookies

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand site usage. Google may set first-party and third-party identifiers to report on interactions.

COPPA

We do not market to children under 13 and our services are not directed to them.

Security & Data Breach

We take reasonable measures to protect information. If a data breach occurs, we will notify affected users via email within 7 business days.

Quiz (Tally)

Our quiz is hosted by Tally BV (Belgium) and displayed in an embedded frame. When you open the page, your IP address and browser information are transmitted to Tally so the form can load; the answers you submit, and the e-mail address you provide, are processed by Tally to calculate your result and are then passed to MailerLite so the result can be e-mailed to you. Application forms (Google)

Applications for the BiznisONA mentoring programme and for the Business Retreat are hosted on Google Forms. When you follow an application link you leave this site and continue on docs.google.com; the answers you enter there are processed and stored by Google, including in Google Sheets. The same applies to the contact form and the application form on this site, whose submissions are written to a Google Sheet. Google acts as our processor for this data. See Google's privacy policy.

Third-party disclosure

We do not sell or trade personal data. We may share with service providers under confidentiality and when required by law. Our current processors are Google (application and contact forms via Google Forms and Google Sheets, and site analytics), Tally (quiz forms), MailerLite (e-mail delivery), and Meta (advertising measurement, only with your consent).
